ومنهم: عمرو بن أبي سرح بن (¬٢) ربيعة بن هلال بن مالك بن ضبة بن الحارث بن فهر، ويكنى أبا سعد، وأمه زينب بنت أهيب بن ضباب بن حجير بن عامر بن لؤي، وكان أبو معشر نجيح يقول: هو معمر بن أبي سرح، والأول قول موسى بن عقبة، ومحمد بن إسحاق، والواقدي، وشهد بدرا وجميع المشاهد مع النبي ﷺ، ومات بالمدينة في أيام عثمان سنة ثلاثين.
