وأما عكرمة بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام، فكان يكنى أبا عبد الله، ومات في أيام يزيد بن عبد الملك، وكان ابنه عبد الله بن عكرمة بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث يكنى أبا محمد، وكان محدثا وولي صدقات حنظلة، وعمرو بن تميم. وأما أبو بكر بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث فمن ولده: عبد الملك بن أبي بكر، وكان سخيا سريا، فمات في أول أيام هشام بن عبد الملك. وأما عثمان بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام فولد: عثمان بن عثمان، وكان عثمان من خيار المسلمين من قريش وذوي الهيئة منهم، وكان يكنى أبا عبد الرحمن وله عقب بالبصرة، وولد أيضا عبد الرحمن بن عثمان بن عبد الرحمن وكان له عقب فانقرضوا.
