    ١١٢٦٩- زرعة بنت محرش بكسر الميم وسكون المهملة وفتح الراء بعدها معجمة، وأبوها أحد ملوك حمير الأربعة الذين كانوا أسلموا ثم ارتدّوا فقتلوا على الكفر لما قاتل الصحابة أهل الردة. فتزوج عبد اللَّه بن عباس بعد ذلك زرعة هذه، فولدت له عليا والد الخلفاء وإخوته: العباس، والفضل، ومحمدا، وعبد الرحمن، ولبابة.
