    ٨٧٨٩- النعيت الخزاعيّ الشاعر، اسمه أسد، ويقال أسيد، بفتح أوله، وزن عظيم، ولقبه النعيت، بنون ومهملة وآخره مثناة، بوزن عظيم أيضا، وهو ابن يعمر بن وهيب بن أصرم بن عبد اللَّه بن قمّ بن حبشية ابن سلول بن كعب السلولي. ذكره أبو بشر الآمديّ، والمرزبانيّ في «معجم الشعراء» وأنشد له أبياتا قالها في فتح مكة يذكر من أمر رسول اللَّه ﷺ أن يختلف بمكة من خزاعة لما خرج عن مكة في الفتح منها: خطونا وراء المسلمين بجحفل ... ذوي عضد من خيلنا ورماح على كلّ ورهاء القتال طمرّة ... إذا كان يوم ذو وغى وشياح [الطويل] نقلته من خط الخطيب في المؤتلف، ورجح أنه أسيد، بفتح أوله.
