غاضرة بن سمرة بن عمرو بن قرط بن جندب «١» بن العنبر بن عمرو بن تميم التميمي العنبري «٢» :. تقدم ذكر أبيه في القسم الأول من حرف السين المهملة، وأما هو فقال ابن الكلبي: له صحبة، وبعثه النبيّ ﵌ على الصدقات، حكاه الرّشاطيّ، وقال: لم يذكره أبو عمر، ولا ابن فتحون. قلت: بقية كلام ابن الكلبي: وسمرة بن عمرو استخلفه خالد بن الوليد على اليمامة حين انصرف. وفي تاريخ البخاريّ: غاضرة العنبري سمع عثمان. روى عنه ابن عوف «٣» ، وهو هذا، قاله ابن أبي حاتم. وذكره ابن حبّان في «ثقات التابعين» ولغاضرة ولد اسمه عبيد، يكنى أبا النجاب، وهو شاعر، ذكره جرير في شعره.
