    ٦٥١٢ ز- عمرو بن عدي بن محارب بن صنيم: بمهملة ونون مصغرا، ابن مليح، بضم أوله، ابن شزطان، بمعجمتين «١» وفتحتين، ابن معن بن أسلّم بن مالك بن فهر الأزدي. له إدراك، وكان والده مسعود رئيس الأزد بالبصرة، وقصّته مع عبيد اللَّه بن زياد عند موت يزيد بن معاوية مذكورة في تاريخ الطبري وغيره، وقتل مسعود فيها.
