٤٩٩٣ (م) - عبد اللَّه بن مقرّن المزني: أحد الإخوة. روى عنه محمد بن سيرين، وعبد الملك بن عمير، كذا قال ابن مندة، ولم يخرج له شيئا. وقد وقع له ذكر في الفتوح. قال سيف في كتاب الردة، عن سهل بن يوسف، عنالقاسم بن محمد، قال: وخرج أبو بكر يمشي وعلى ميمنته النعمان بن مقرّن، وعلى ميسرته عبد اللَّه بن مقرن، وعلى الساقة سويد بن مقرن، فما طلع الفجر إلا وهم والعدوّ بصعيد واحد ... فذكر القصة في قتال أهل الردة.
