    ٤٠٣٢- شعبة بن التوأم الضّبي «١» : [ذكره خليفة فيمن روى عن النبي ﷺ من بني ضبة] «٢» تابعي معروف، وقع له في مسند بقي بن مخلد وكتاب الصحابة لسعيد بن يعقوب حديث مرسل، فأخرجا من طريق مغيرة عن ابنه عنه أن قيس بن عاصم سأل النبيّ ﷺ عن الحلف، فقال: «لا حلف في الإسلام» . قال أبو موسى: أكثر من رواه قال فيه: عن شعبة، عن التّوأم، عن قيس بن عاصم. قلت: قال ابن أبي حاتم، عن أبيه ولد شعبة بن التّوأم في عهد عمر أو عثمان، وله رواية أيضا عن ابن عباس. وقال أبو أحمد العسكريّ: روايته عن النبي ﷺ مرسلة. قال: وروايته في مسند جرير بن عبد الحميد في الوحدان، وهو وهم، وكان مولده في عهد عمر.
