    ٣٩٢٧ ز- شريك: بن وائلة الهذليّ «٥» . ذكره ابن شاهين في الصّحابة، وأورد بإسناد صحيح، عن ابن إسحاق، عن الزّهري- أنه حدّثه قال: حدّثت عن المغيرة بن شعبة، قال: قدمت على عمر فوجدته لا يورّث الجدّتين، فحدثته بحديث حمل بن النّابغة فقال: لتأتيني على ذلك ببينة. فقال «٦» : تمهّل حتى الموسم، قال: فأقبل رجل من هذيل يقال له شريك بن وائلة فقصّ على عمر قصّة حمل [بن] «٧» النّابغة، قال: وأقبل إليه رجل من بني كلاب يقال له زرارة بن جزء، فحدّثه أنّ رسول اللَّه ﷺ ورّث امرأة أشيم من دية زوجها. قلت: ساقه مطوّلا وأنا اختصرته.
