    ٣١٤٦- سعد بن حمّاز «١» : بن مالك الأنصاري، ثم البلويّ، حليف بني ساعدة. اختلف في اسم أبيه فقيل: بكسر المهملة وتخفيف الميم باسم الحيوان. وقيل: بتشديد الميم وآخره نون، وهذا قول الأمير. وبالأول جزم الطّبري. وقال ابن لهيعة عن أبي الأسود، عن عروة: هو سعد بن حبّان- بالموحدة بدل الميم. واللَّه أعلم. ذكره موسى بن عقبة فيمن استشهد باليمامة، وقال ابن شاهين: شهد أحدا وما بعدها.
