    ٢٢٢١- خبّاب، مولى «٢» : فاطمة بنت عتبة بن ربيعة، أبو مسلم. صاحب المقصورة، أدرك الجاهليّة، واختلف في صحبته. وقد روى عن النبيّ ﷺ: «لا وضوء إلّا من صوت أو ريح» «٣» روى عنه بنوه أصحاب المقصورة، ومنهم السّائب بن خباب ولد مسلم، قاله أبو عمر. قلت: الحديث المذكور عند ابن ماجة من رواية السائب بن خبّاب، قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ وروى مسلم من طريق عامر بن سعيد بن أبي وقاص عن خبّاب صاحب المقصورة عن عائشة وأبي هريرة في اتباع الجنائز.
