[١٩٤٤ ز- حارثة بن عبيد الكلبي: ذكره أبو حاتم السجستاني في المعمّرين، وقال: قال هشام الكلبي: قال لي سلمة بن معتّب- رجل من ولده: أظنه عاش خمسمائة سنة، وأنشد له: ألا يا ليتني أمضيت عمري ... وهل يجدي عليّ الدّهر ليتيحنتني حانيات الدّهر حتّى ... بقيت رديمة في قعر بيتي تأذّى بي الأقارب إذ رأوني ... بقيت، وأين منّي اليوم موتي «١» [الوافر] قال ابن أبي حاتم: حجبوه دهرا طويلا] «٢» .
