    ١٢١٧- جندب بن الحارث بن وحشي بن مالك الجنبيّ، والد أبي ظبيان حصين بن جندب التابعي المشهور. قيل: له صحبة. ذكر المعافى بن زكريا في الجليس له من طريق سعد بن عامر، عن قابوس بن أبي ظبيان، عن أبيه، عن جدّه، قال: رأيت رسول اللَّه ﷺ وهو يفحج ما بين فخذي الحسين ويقبّل زبيبته. وهذا حديث غريب. وقد رواه الطّبرانيّ في «الكبير» من وجه آخر عن قابوس، فقال: عن أبيه، عن ابن عباس. واللَّه أعلم. وقد قيل: الصحبة لجدّه، فالضمير في قوله: عن جدّه- يعود على أبي ظبيان. وسيأتي في الحاء المهملة.
