    ٥٩٣ ز- بجير بن العوّام بن خويلد بن أسد بن عبد العزّى القرشي الأسدي، أخو الزبير بن العوام. ذكره أبو عبيدة فيمن استشهد يوم اليمامة، واستدركه ابن فتحون وقيل: إنه وهم. وذكر المرزبانيّ في «معجم الشّعراء» أنه قتل في الجاهلية، قتله صبيح بن سعيد بن هانئ الدّوسي من أجداد أبي هريرة. واللَّه أعلم.
