    ٥٠٢- إياس بن صبيح بن المحرّش بن عبد عمرو الحنفي، يكنى أبا مريم. قال ابن سعد: كان من أصحاب مسيلمة، ثم تاب وحسن إسلامه، وولي قضاء البصرة في زمن عمر. أخبرنا يزيد بن هارون، أخبرنا هشام، عن محمد بن سيرين، عن أبي مريم الحنفي- أنّ عمر قرأ بعد الحدث، فقال له أبو مريم الحنفيّ: إنك خرجت من الخلاء، فقال له: أمسيلمة أفتاك بهذا؟ إسناده صحيح.ورواه البخاريّ في «تاريخه» ، من طرق أخرى، عن هشام- نحوه. وزعم العسكريّ أن أبا مريم هذا غير أبي مريم الحنفيّ الّذي قتل زيد بن الخطّاب.
