    ٤٦٣ ز- أشرف بن حميري بن ذهل بن زيد بن كعب بن عكيب بن أسد بن الحارث بن عتيك بن الأزد الأسديّ- بالتحريك.له إدراك. وقتل ولده عمرو مع عائشة يوم الجمل. ذكره الرشاطيّ عن الشّجرة البغداديّة. [قلت: وهو في جمهرة ابن الكلبيّ، لكن سمّى أباه البختريّ. فاللَّه أعلم. وذكر أن حفيده زياد بن عمرو بن أشرف جعلته الأزد عليها في كائنة عبيد اللَّه بن زياد بعد موت يزيد بن معاوية، وأنه كان على شرطة الحجاج.
