    ٤٥٢ ز- الأسود بن أقيش النخعي، والد أبي العريان، الهيثم بن الأسود. له إدراك وشهد الفتوح أيام عمر، قتل يوم القادسيّة، قاله ابن الكلبيّ، وسيأتي ذكر ولده في حرف الهاء. وقال ابن عبد البرّ في ترجمة أبي العريان: لا يبعد أن يكون صحابيّا لرواية كبار التّابعين عنه.
