٤٣٦- الأرقم بن أبي الأرقم الكلاعيّ: أدرك الجاهليّة، وسمع من حمام بن معديكرب الكلاعيّ، أحد فرسان الجاهليّة قصة حدث بها في الإسلام. ذكر أبو بكر بن دريد، عن السكن بن سعيد، عن عبد اللَّه بن محمد بن خالد بن عمران البجلي، عن ابن الكلبيّ، عن أبي الهيثم الرحبيّ- رجل من حمير، قال: حدثني شيخان ممن أدرك حمام [ (٣) ] ، بن معديكرب، وسمع حديثه من قلق، فيه ذؤيب بن مرار، والأرقم بن أبي الأرقم، فذكر قصة طويلة.
