    ١٥٥- الأسود بن خطامة الكناني [ (٥) ] : روى ابن مندة من طريق إبراهيم بن المنذر: حدثني عبد الملك بن يحيى، حدثني إسماعيل بن النضر بن الأسود بن خطامة، من بني كنانة. عن أبيه، عن جده، قال: خرج زهير بن خطامة وافدا حتى قدم رسول اللَّه ﷺ فأسلم، ثم قال: إن لنا حمى [ (٦) ] كان في الجاهلية فاحمه لنا، ثم ذكر إسلام الأسود بطوله،كذا هو في الأصل مختصرا، والإسناد مجهول.
