    محمد المورلي القاضي بدمشق ابن يحيى بن عبد الله المورلي الأصل الاسلامبولي الحنفي أحد الموالي الرومية ولد باسلامبول سنة أربع وثلاثين ومائة وألف ولازم على قاعدتهم من شيخ الاسلام محمد مير زادة وتنقل إلى أن وصل للسليمانية فمنها أعطى مخرجاً قضاء سلانيك وأخذ من الشيخ قرا داود الرومي والعلامة محمد آق كرماني وكان فاضلاً صالحاً متديناً سليم العرض والدين حج سنة اثنين وسبعين وولي قضاء دمشق سنة ثلاث وتسعين ومائة وألف وكان بدمشق يسلك في القضاء مسلك الشدة وكانت وفاته في شعبان سنة أربع وتسعين ومائة وألف
