حسن الحلبي المعروف بشعوري حسن الحلبي نزيل قسطنطينية المعروف بشعوري الأديب ولد بحلب وارتحل إلى اسلامبول وصار من زمرة الكتاب ثم صار من خلفاء قلم المالية وكان مشهوراً بالمعارف شيخ معمر بالصلاح ومن آثاره بانشاء اللغة التركية كتاب جمع فيه اللغات الفارسية وكتاب دستور العلم للمولى رياضي أيضاً ذيله بذيل وبند عطار المشهور قابله من نظم التركي بمؤلف قدر أبياته وترجمه وديوان أشعاره باللغة التركية مشهور ورأيت من نظمه أشياء وأما في اللغة العربية فلم أر له أثراً بذلك وكأنت وفاته في سنة خمس ومائة وألف رحمه الله تعالى.
