    أحمد بن رمضان أحمد بن رمضان الملقب بوفقي على طريقة شعراء الفرس والروم الحنفي القسطنطيني الاسكداري احد الادباء المشهورين والشعراء البارعين باللغة التركية تزوج اخت الشيخ عيسى شيخ زأوية درغمان التي بالقرب من جامع سلطان سليم خان بقسطنطينية واخذ عنه الطريقة الجلوتية بالجيم وأخذ الخط عن حسين الكاتب المشهور ومهر باتقانه واجاد فنونه وصار واعظاً في جامع الوزير علي باشا الحورللي وله أشعار كثيرة جميعها باللغة التركية وكان مشهوراً بجودة الخط واجادة الشعر وكأنت وفاته سنة احدى وخمسين ومائة والف ودفن في خارج قسطنطينية في تربة قاسم باشا المشهورة رحمه الله تعالى
