٦٤٥ - هبة الله بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن طاوس الدمشقي. بغدادي الأصل سمع ببغداد من أبي الغنائم محمد بن علي بن إبراهيم بن أبي عثمان وعاصم بن الحسن الأديب وأبي محمد رزق الله التميمي ومالك بن احمد البانياسي وغيرهم وسمع بأصبهان من جماعة.حدث عنه الحافظ أبو القاسم بن عساكر وحدثنا عنه غير واحد بدمشق توفي بدمشق في المحرم سنة ست وثلاثين وخمسمائة.
