٥٣٠ - عثمان بن إبراهيم بن فارس بن مقلد بن السيبي أخو إسماعيل. وقد تقدم ذكرأخيه سمعا جميعا سنن النسائي من سعد الخير وسمعا من الأرموي وأبي الفضل بن ناصر وأبي بكر أحمد بن الأشقر وأبي محمد ابن بنت الشيخ أبي منصور المقرئ وغيرهم. سمعنا منه أجزاء بالموصل لأنه انتقل عن بغداد فاستوطنها إلى أن توفي بها في جمادى الأولى من سنة عشر وستمائة وسماعه صحيح.
