٢٨٣ - الحسن بن إبراهيم بن علي بن برهون أبو علي الفارقي. قاضي واسط الفقيه الشافعي سمع ببغداد من أبي الغنائم محمد بن علي بن المأمون وأبي جعفر محمد بن أحمد بن المسلمة وسنن أبي داود من أبي بكر الخطيب وحدث بها عنه بواسط سمعها منه أبو طالب محمد بن علي الكتاني وأبو بكر عبد الله بن منصور بن عمران الباقلاني المقرئ توفي القاضي أبو علي الفارقي بواسط يوم الأربعاء ثاني عشرين محرم من سنة ثمان وعشرين وخمسمائة ومولده سنة ثلاث وثلاثين وأربعمائة بميافارقين. قال أبو سعد السمعاني كان زاهدا عالما ورعا لا تأخذه في الله لومة لائم قرأ الفقه علي أبي إسحاق الشيرازي وغيره.
