٢٢ - محمد بن أحمد بن مت الفقيه الشافعي السغدي الأشتيخني الشيخ أبو بكر. قال عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن محمد الإدريسي هو الشيخ الفاضل الزاهد كان من أئمة أصحاب الشافعي في الفقه كتبنا عنه باشتيخن يروي عن محمد بن يوسف الفربري والحسن بن صاحب الشاشي مات باشتيخن غرة رجب سنة ثمان وثمانين. سمعت محمد بن أحمد بن مت يقول سمعنا من محمد بن يوسف كتاب الجامع لمحمد بن إسماعيل البخاري بفربر وأنا ابن ثلاث وعشرين سنة وذلك في سنة سبع عشرة وثلاثمائة.
