    ٦٧٣ - أبو الحسن محمد بن أحمد بن محمد البردانى. صحب الوالد السعيد. وتردد إلى مجالسه فى الفقه، وسماع الحديث. وكان رجلا صالحا. وتوفى ليلة الجمعة الثالثة من ذى الحجة سنة تسع وستين وأربعمائة. وحمل إلى جامع المنصور، وصلّى عليه ابنه أحمد. ودفن فى مقبرة إمامنا أحمد إلى جنب أبى الحسن بن الرهنية (¬١) الزاهد. وكان مولده: سنة ثمان وثمانين وثلاثمائة.ثم شيخنا وأستاذنا، الشريف الزاهد الورع العابد:
