    ٦٢٦ - محمد بن سيما بن الفتح، أبو بكر الحنبلى بغدادى. ذكره ابن ثابت فقال: سمع عبد الله بن إسحاق المدائنى، وعبد الله بن محمد البغوى، ويحيى بن صاعد. أخبرنا الخطيب حدثنا أبو نعيم الحافظ حدثنا محمد بن الفتح الحنبلى حدثنا عبد الله البغوى حدثنا داود بن رشيد حدثنا محمد بن ربيعة حدثنا يزيد بن زياد الدمشقى عن الزهرى عن عروة عن عائشة ﵂. قالت: قال رسول اللهﷺ «ادرءوا الحدود عن المسلمين ما استطعتم. فإن وجدتم للمسلمين مخرجا فخلوا سبيلهم. فإن الإمام: أن يخطئ فى العفو خير من أن يخطئ فى العقوبة» قال لنا الخطيب: وكان ابن سيما صدوقا.
