    المسألة الخامسة قال الخرقى: والخشب والخرق وكل ما أنقى به فهو كالأحجار. وبه قال أكثرهم. لما روى الدار قطنى بإسناده عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ «إذا قضى أحدكم حاجته فليستنج بثلاثة أعواد، أو ثلاثة أحجار، أو ثلاثة حثيات من الماء». وقال أبو بكر: لا يجزى إلا الأحجار. وبه قال أبو داود؛ لما روى البخارى بإسناده عن عبد الله قال «أتى النبى ﷺ الغائط، فأمرنى أن آتيه بثلاثة أحجار» والأمر على الوجوب. ولأنها عبادة تتعلق بالأحجار. فلا يقوم غيرها مقامها. دليله رمى الجمار.
