٤٥٥ - محمد بن مسلم، المعروف بابن وارة، أبو عبد الله الرازى الحافظ سأل إمامنا عن أشياء. منها قال: قلت: يا أبا عبد الله، لم قطعت الحديث والناس محتاجون، فمن فعل هذا؟ فقال: فعله رباح بن زيد. حدث ثم قطع. وحيان أبو حبيب، حدث ثم قطع. وقال أيضا: سألت أحمد عن القرآن؟ فقال: القرآن كلام الله غير مخلوق، حيثما تصرف. ومات بالرى سنة خمس وستين ومائتين. ذكره ابن المنادى. نقلته أنا
