١٣٤ - إدريس بن جعفر بن يزيد بن خالد بن أبان بن شيرويه. أبو محمد العطار. حدث عن أبى بدر شجاع بن الوليد، ويزيد بن هارون، وروح بن عبادة، وعبد العزيز بن أبان. ونقل عن إمامنا أشياء. روى عنه أبو عمرو بن السماك، والطبرانى، وإسماعيل الخطبى، وقال: سألته عن سنه؟ فقال: مائة وست سنين. وقال إدريس العطار: كنت على باب عفان وأحمد بن حنبل قاعد، وابن سجادة أبو بكر. فقال له أحمد بن حنبل: إيش أنتم من الناس؟ لا إلى الحديث تذهبون ولا إلى القياس، ولا إلى استحسان؟ ما أدرى إيش أنتم؟ قال: فقال له ابن سجادة: فنحن إذن تاركيّة، يا أبا عبد الله.
