(١٧٩٢) أخبرنا أبو الحسن أحمد بن علي بن الحسن البادا أخبرنا دعلج بن أحمد بن دعلج المعدل أخبرنا علي بن عبد العزيز البغوي حدثنا أبو عبيد القاسم بن سلام حدثنا مروان الفزاري عن شيخ من أهل الجزيرة يقال له يزيد بن أبي زياد قال أبو عبيد وهو يزيد بن سنان عن الزهري عنعروة عن عائشة ترفعه قال لا تجوز شهادة خائن ولا خائنة ولا ذي غمر على أخيه ولا ظني في ولاء ولا قرابة ولا القانع مع أهل البيت لهم.
