(١٧٢٢) أخبرنا علي بن محمد بن عبد الله المعدل أخبرنا علي بن محمد بن أحمد المصري حدثنا مقدام بن داود حدثنا يحيى بن بكير حدثنا يحيى بن صالح الأيلي عن إسماعيل بن أمية عن عطاء بن أبي رباح عن ابن عباس قال قال رسول الله ﷺ لعتاب بن أسيد أني قد بعثتك إلى أهل الله أهل مكة فانههم عن بيع ما لم يقبض أو ربح ما لم يضمنوا وعن قرض وبيع وعن شرطين في بيع وعن بيع وسلف.
