    ١١١٩- (١) أحدهما أخو يزيد بن هارون الواسطي نزل الشام وحدث عن عبد الله بن عون وعبيد الله بن عمر العمري ومحمد بن إسحاق بن يسار وحسين المعلم روى عنه ضمرة بن ربيعة وأسباط بن عبد الواحد وسوار بن عمارة. (١٢٧٩) أخبرنا القاضي أبو بكر محمد بن عمير الداوودي أخبرنا عمر ابن أحمد الواعظ أخبرنا أحمد بن عبد الله بن جابر الحافظ بالرملة حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن عصمة حدثنا سوار بن عمارة حدثنا العلاء بن هارون عن حسين المعلم حدثني سليمان مولى أم سلمة قال أتيت على ابن عمر وهو قاعد على البلاط وأهل المسجد يصلون فقلت ألا تصلي فقال إني قد صليت قلت ألا تصلي مع القوم قال إني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا تصلى صلاة في يوم مرتين.
