٣١٦- (٢) جميل بن معمر بن عبد الله العذري الشاعر. وأخباره مشهورة وقد روى عن أنس بن مالك ﵁ حديثا مسندا. (٣٥٩ أخبرناه القاضي أبو العلاء محمد بن علي الواسطي حدثنا أبو زرعة أحمد بن الحسين الرازي قال حدثني لاحق بن الحسين الصدري بأبهر قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن أحمد بن سعيد المهري بالإسكندرية حدثنا محد بن صالح المهري حدثنا محمد بن حربالخولاني حدثنا محمد بن راشد بن عمرو الحبطي وقال قلت لجميل بن معمر لو قرأت القرآن كان أعود عليك (من الشعر) قال هذا أنس بن مالك أخبرني أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم قال إن من الشعر حكمة.
