(٢٤٩) أخبرنا القاضي أبو عمر القاسم بن جعفر الهاشمي حدثنا علي بن إسحاق المادراني حدثنا عباس بن محمد حدثنا شبابة أخبرنا ابن أبي ذئب عن نافع عن نبيه عن أبان بن عثمان عنالنبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم قال المحرم لا ينكح ولا ينكح ولا يخطب.
