[٥١٨] محَمَّد بن يوسف بن سليماق بن الرَّيَّان، أبو بكر الزيات -ويقال: الخلَّال- البَغْدَادى. حدَّث عن: الهيثم بن سهل التستري، وخلف بن محَمَّد، ومحَمَّد بن مسلمة الواسطين، ومحَمَّد بن يوسف. وعنه: أبو الحسن الدَّارقُطْنِي في "سننه" وابن جُميع في "مُعْجَمه" والقاضي أبو الحسن الجراحي، وأبو بكر بن شَاذَان، وعلي بن عمر السكري. قال الخَطِيب: كان يذكر أنّه من ولد بشار بن موسى الخفاف، وبلغني أنّه كان حيًافي سَنَة تسع وعشرين وثلاثمائة. قلت: [مجهول الحال]. السّنَن (٤/ ٤٧٩)، مُعْجَم ابن جُميع (١٠٢)، تَارِيخ بَغْدَاد (٣/ ٤٠٥).
