[٣٦٠] القاسم بن عبد الله بن عبد الرّحمن بن فلاد بن بُلْبُل، أبو أحْمَد، الزعفراني، الهمَذَاني، أخو أبي عبد الله محَمَّد. حدَّث عن: أبي زرعة الرازي، وأحْمَد بن محَمَّد بن سعيد التُّبَّعي، وعباس الدوري، ويحيى بن أبي طالب، وأبي قلابة الرَّقاشي، وابن أبي الدنيا، وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو الحسن الدَّارقُطْنِي في "سننه" وقد ينسبه إلى جده، وأبو حفص بن شاهين، ويوسف القَوَّاس، والمعافى بن زكريا، وصالح بن أحْمَد الحافظ الهَمَذاني، وغيرهم. قال صالح بن أحْمَد الحافظ: سمعت منه، وهو صدوق. قلت: [صدوق]. تَارِيخ بَغْدَاد (١٢/ ٤٤٦) تَارِيخ الإِسْلَام (٢٤/ ٣٠٩).
