[٣٣١] علي بن محَمَّد بن عمر بن حفص، أبو القاسم، البزَّاز، البَغْدَادي، ابن الشريجي حدَّث عن: علي بن حرب، وحميد بن الربيع، وعمر بن شبَّة، وحماد بن الحسن بن عنبسة.وعنه: أبو الحسن الدَّارقُطْنِي، وابن شاهين، وأبو القاسم الآبندوني الجرجاني، وابن الثَّلَّاج، وغيرهم. مات في شهر رمضان من سَنَة ثلاث وعشرين وثلاثمائة. قلت: [مقبول] ويقال فيه ما قد قيل في الذي قبله. تَارِيخ بَغْدَاد (١٢/ ٦٨)، الإكمال (٥/ ١٢٣)، الأَنْسَاب (٣/ ٤٤٣)، مختصره "اللباب" (٢/ ١٩٥)، تَارِيخ الإِسْلَام (٢٤/ ١٣٤)، توضيح المشتبه (٥/ ٧٤)، تبصير المنتبه (٢/ ٨١٠).
