[٢٩١] علي بن ابراهيم بن عيسى، أبو الحسن المستملي، النجَّاد حدَّث عن: محَمَّد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة، وأبي العباس بن السراج، وأحْمَد بن محَمَّد بن الحسن الماسرجسي، وأبي أحْمَد بن فارس الدلال، وأحْمَد بن محَمَّد الأزهري النيسابوريين، وأحْمَد بن جعفر الرازي، وعبد الله بن محَمَّد بن أسيد الأصبهاني، وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو الحسن الدَّارقُطْنِي في "سننه" وأبو الحسن بن رِزْقَوَيه، وابن الفضل القطان. مات يوم الأربعاء ودفن فيه لتسع بقين من ذي القعدة سَنَة ثلاث وخمسين وثلاثمائة. قلت: [مجهول الحال]. السُّنَن (٢/ ٩١)، تَارِيخ بَغْدَاد (١١/ ٢٣٨)، تَارِيخ الإِسْلَام (٢٦/ ٩٢).
