[٢٦٤] عبد الله بن محَمّد بن فرخ، أبو الطيب المُقْرئ، الجُذُوعي، الواسطي حدَّث عن: كُردوس خلف بن محَمَّد، وأبي بكر بن أبي الدنيا، وأكثر عنه. وعنه: أبو الحسن الدَّارقُطْيي، وأبو بكر بن مهدي. قال الدَّارقُطْنِي: كتبت عنه بواسط. قال الحافظ خميس الحوزي: روايته مستقيمة، ولا أعلم عليه إِلَّا خيرًا. مات بعد العشرين والثلاثمائة. قلت: [ثقة]. المؤتلف (٤/ ١٨٢٥)، وللأزدي (١٠٤)، أسئلة السلفي (١٠٣)، الإكمال (٧/ ٥٦)، الأَنْسَاب (٤/ ٣٣٨)، توضيح المشتبه (٧/ ٦٥)، تبصير المنتبه (٣/ ١٠٧٣).
