[٢٠٦] صالح بن علي بن محَمَّد بن على بن محَمَّد بن علي، أبو بكر الحُصينى، الحراني حدَّث عن: محَمَّد بن الحسن بن قتيبة العسقلاني، وعباس البَصْرِي، وأبي شيبة داود بن إبراهيم البَغْدَادي. وعنه: أبو الحسن الدَّارقُطْنِي في "المؤتلف" وعبد الغني بن سعيد الأزدي، ويحيى بن علي الحضرمي ابن الطحان. قال عبد الغني بن سعيد: هو محدِّث بن محدِّث، أبو محدِّث. مات في شعبان سَنَة ثمان وستين وثلاثمائة. قلت: [ثقة]. المؤتلف (٣/ ١٣٤٧)، مشتبه النسبة (٢٨)، ذيل ابن الطحان (٣٠٣)، الإكمال(٣٧/ ٣)، الأَنْسَاب (٢/ ٢٧١)، تَارِيخ الإِسْلَام (٢٦/ ٣٩٧)، توضيح المشتبه (٢/ ٣٦٩)، اللِّسَان (٨/ ٦٩).
