٣٩٧١ - محمد بن عبد الوهاب بن أحمد بن محمد: الشمس بن التاج، الهواري الأصل، القاهري، قاضي الينبوع، ويعرف بابن زبالة، ولي بعد وفاة ابن عمه الشهاب أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن محمد في سنة ست وستين وثمانمائة، وصاهر القاضي فتح الدين بن صالح قاضي المدينة النبوية على أخته واستولدها أبا العادات، وقدرتوفاته بها سنة ثلاث وسبعين وثمانمائة تقريبا، وقد جاوز الستين، واستقر بعده أخوه لأبيه الشرفي قاسم المولود في سنة ثلاثين.
