٣٨٣١ - محمد بن عبد الله بن الحرث بن نوفل بن الحرث بن عبد المطلب القرشي: الهاشمي، النوفلي، المدني، روى عن سعد بن أبي وقاص وأسامة بن زيد ومعاوية والضحاك بن سفيان، وغيرهم، وعنه عمر بن عبد العزيز والزهري وحزم بن عبد البر (بتفرده بالرواية عنه)، وكذا لم يذكر عنه ابن حبان (في موضعين من ثقاته تبعا لابن أبي حاتم) راويا سواه، وقد بين البخاري في تاريخه اختلاف الرواة في إثبات عمر بن عبد العزيز بينهما وحذفه، وقد خرج له الترمذي والنسائي .. وذكر في التهذيب.
