٣٦٥٥ - محمد بن أسامة بن زيد بن حارثة بن شراحبيل الكلبي: ابن. رسول الله ﷺ، وحفيد مولاه، مدني، قليل الرواية، يقال إنه من كلب من اليمن وأمه زينب ابنة قيس بن عدي بن حذيفة، يروي عن أبيه، وكان ابن عمر يقول: لو رآه النبي ﷺ لأحبه، روى عن الأعرج وسعيد بن عبيد بن السباق وعبد الله بن محمد بن عقيل وعبد الله بن دينار ويزيد بن عبد الله بن قسيط، وثقه، وابن سعد وابن حبان، وقال: مات في زمن الوليد عبد الملك، وعينه غير سنة ست وتسعين، وهو ممن خرج له الترمذي، وذكره البخاري وابن أبي حاتم وغيرهما.
