    ٣٢٧٦ - عمر بن عبد الرحمن بن عطية بن دلاف المزني: المدني، وقد يسقط عطية من نسبه، روى عن أبيه وأبي أمامة، في خروج الدابة، وأخرج مالك في الموطأ عنه عن أبيه قصة عمر مع أسيفع جهينة وغير ذلك، ومن الرواة عن مالك من لم يقل في روايته عن أبيه، قال ابن الحذا: والصواب إثباته، انتهى، وقد روى عنه أيضا عبيد الله العمري وعبد العزيز بن أبي سلمة وقريش بن حبان وغيرهم، وذكره البخاري فلم يذكر فيه جرحا.
