٢٧٣٥ - عبد الملك بن محمد بن أبي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم: أبو طاهر الأنصاري، من بني النجار، المدني من أهلها، الفقيه الأعرج، ولي قضاء ديار مصر سنة سبعين ومائة، وكان من جلة العلماء، بصيرا بالأحكام، متضلعا بمعرفة أقوال أئمةالمدينة، كالقاسم وسالم وربيعة الرأي، حدث عن أبيه وعمه عبد الله، وعنه: ابن وهب وعبد الله بن صالح العجلي وسريج بن النعمان وسعيد بن عفير، وثقه الخطيب وابن حبان، وقال ابن سعد: مات ببغداد وكان قاضيها للرشيد، وقال غيره: ولي قضاء الجانب الشرقي ببغداد ولم تطل مدته، وكانت وفاته: إما في سنة ست (أو سبع أو ثمان) وسبعين ومائة.
