٢٥٥٠ - عبد الرحمن بن مطيع بن الأسود بن حارثة بن نضلة بن عوف بن عبيد بن عويج بن عدي بن كعب: أبو عبد الله العدوي المدني، أخو عبد الله، روى عن خاله نوفل بن معاوية الديلمي، وعنه: أبو بكر بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام، ذكره الزبير بن بكار في أولاد مطيع، قال: وأمهم أم كلثوم ابنة معاوية بن عروة، وذكره ابن حبان في الصحابة ووهم في سياق نسبه، وكذا ذكره ابن منده في معرفة الصحابة، وعاب ذلك عليه أبو نعيم، وقال: عداده في التابعين، وهو في التهذيب.
