٢٣١٣ - عبد الله بن يعقوب بن محمد بن علي بن مفرج: البدر البكري المدني ويعرف بابن جمال، ولد بالمدينة سنة أربع عشرة وسبعمائة، وسمع بها من الجمال المطري ومحمد بن ابراهيم المؤذن، وحدث بها، وسمع منه: الزين العراقي، وروى عنه: الجمال بن ظهيرة في معجمة بالإجازة، ومات بها في ربيع الأول سنة ثلاث وتسعين وسبعمائة، ووصفه أبو حامد المطري: بالفقيه الأجل البدر القرشي، وأنه مات بعد صلاة .... من يوم الخميس سابع ربيع الأول ودفن بالبقيع من الغد، وأغفله شيخنا في درره،
