١٩٧١ - عبد الله بن إسماعيل بن إبراهيم الشيرازي الأصل: المدني، ثم نزيل مكة،ويعرف بالعفيف المدني، ولد بالمدينة ونشأ بها وسمع بها من ابن صديق في سنة سبع وتسعين وسبعمائة بعض صحيح البخاري ثم سكن مكة وسمع بها في سنة أربع وأربعين وثمانمائة على التقي بن فهد، والشمس أبي المعالي محمد بن علي عثمان الصالحي بعض رياض الصالحين. ودخل هرموز بل العجم وكان مثريا ذا دور. ومات بمكة في عصر يوم الثلاثاء خامس عشر شوال سنة ثلاث وخمسين وثمانمائة، وصلّي عليه بعد صلاة العصر عند باب الكعبة، ودفن بالمعلاة بجانب قبر سيدي الشيخ علي بن أبي بكر الزيلعي مما يلي القبلة.
